We accept payment from:

• All purchasers: by check or money order. Please make payment in U.S. dollars and mail the check to us at the address below.
• Institutions using Voucher or Purchase Order only: All orders are net 30 days.

Shipment inside the USA: Add 10% for handling.

Shipment outside the USA: CAL will e-mail you to discuss shipping and insurance options and costs before fulfilling your order. Duties, taxes and brokerage are the responsibility of the purchaser.
